Description

Our Clients contacted us to transform this neglected top floor apartment in West Hampstead into their new family home.

We helped to apply the  japandi style to the interiors with a lot of light wood and stone features.  Inspirational images are on our Pinterest page.

Bespoke living room joinery and bedroom wardrobes by Oakvein Joinery.

Added a new ensuite and a utility room.

New hardwood flooring with acoustic insulation.

Bespoke sliding doors and wardrobes and joinery throughout.

Large skylight in the living room to provide more natural light.

The project started on site in late 2022 and we completed in early 2023.

Scope

  • VORBILD Stages 2, 3, 4, 6 plus coordinating the structural design and building control process
  • Improved roof and wall insulation and a brand new heating system have improved the thermal efficiency
  • Total project duration 12 months, 8 months on site
