This is our second house in this amazing area, which we have been entrusted with to refurbish and extend.

Works are planned to start in summer 2024 and are going to be completed in late 2025.

Ground floor rear and extension with terrace, including joining up with the garage, first floor rear and side extension, increased loft conversion and internal renovation.

• Total project duration 18 months, 12 months on site
