Joining up a formerly divided house back to one house, ground floor rear and side extension with terrace and partial internal renovation.

  • Planning permission with Haringey Council granted
  • Bifold aluminium doors, improved insulation, new roof lights, efficient wet underfloor heating have improved the EPC rating
  • Total project duration 15 months, 6 months on site
  • Point 5 kitchen
