A colourful Victorian terraced house refurbishment, complete with rear dormer roof extension and ground floor side return.

Bespoke handmade tiles by Elisa Passino, Crittal style kitchen door and windows and a very colourful scheme make this house stand out.

A TADO heating control system was installed retrospectively.

Scope

  • VORBILD Stages 2, 3, 4, 6 plus coordinating the structural design and building control process
  • Planning permission was done by others
  • Improved roof and wall insulation and a brand new heating system have improved the thermal efficiency
  • Total project duration 16 months, 8 months on site
