Design and build of West Hampstead new apartments – in existing mid terrace property and new house in the garden.
Our client approached us about building a new house at the end of his long garden and to refurbish his existing mid-terrace property.
We finally achieved planning permission in late 2018 for a new two storey house in the rear garden. The existing terraced house will also get a new basement and various extensions including a new rear dormer, rear and side extension on the ground floor. This building will be subdivided from the existing two into three apartments. To facilitate this, we are creating a new side access as well.
The landscaping has been designed in house to be biodiverse, with several new biodiverse green roofs and animal friendly plants, as well as decorative metal fencing.
The works are starting in early 2019.
