“When working with Clients, the most important lesson I learned was that good communication is essential throughout the process. If your client and team knows what is happening and why and what is going to happen when, everyone will contribute more. A single point of contact from start to finish gives our Clients piece of mind. This also prevents issues and misunderstandings. This has been VORBILDs motto ever since.”
Apart from his love of architecture, Michael favours spending time traveling, sailing, and writingand spending precious time with his family. To keep track of what is happening, follow us on Instagram. If you are passionate about supporting young emerging talents – support RADA like us.

Katarzyna (Kate)
Kasia has been with us since 2016, and she is heading our 3D/VR project implementation. Every year, several important projects in London and the South of France are on the way thanks to Kasia. Kasia is also instrumental in helping our joinery design arm to prepare easy to understand and buildable joinery.
She is also leading several of our South of France projects. Since 2019 she is also one of two members of our team working on confidential projects in Africa and the South of France.
Teresa
Teresa has been with us for several years and is a very important member of the team. Some of the projects Teresa worked on are the lovely house in Kilburn and the duplex apartment in Hampstead and very recently this gorgeous Portland Place apartment. These are but a few of the ones which landed on her desk, and it is a privilege working with her. Teresa is very meticulous in her work and helps us stay on time with many projects.
Teresa likes to travel. Before Covid, she has recently completed an amazing round trip in South America and Southeast Asia, gaining the energy for more projects.
Kasia Stefanska
Kasia is our main South of France interior designer, and we are working together on our South of France projects – some of which we wish we could share with you. There might be little hints dropped from time to time on our Instagram page.
Her experience in residential and commercial projects is invaluable, and her attention to detail helps everyone on the team to stay on track on even the most intricate projects. Before moving to the South of France, she worked on several residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Poland, France and Switzerland.
Robert is a qualified structural engineer, and therefore an indispensable team member. If the project is in the UK, then of course Robert is “our man” when it comes to structural calculations and drawings. For our projects abroad he is very helpful in checking our designs. Then the projects require very few changes.
No construction drawing set is complete without a structural engineer like Robert. His quick turnaround and expert knowledge of construction techniques is priceless. This also literally completes our start to finish design service.
If you are unsure if your project requires a structural engineer, read this helpful article.
Dominika
Dominika is our landscape specialist. She helps us expand our services to landscape design and planting advice, for our UK and French projects alike.
Dominika has been instrumental in supplementing our “start-to-finish” design service with the landscaping design. On selected projects, we still collaborate with larger landscaping design practices.
Anna
Ania focuses on the tender packages and 3D interiors of several of our recent projects. Very happy to have her on the team.
