Refurbishment and a garage conversion of a large detached house in Grange Park.
We have been recommended by a previous Client to meet the new owners of a four storey detached house with an impressive style. The property is located on a quiet street which even has one of its neighbouring houses changed into a little school. It is also one of the few houses retaining their original first floor front corner windows.
The ground floor of this property is largely original and still has an integrated ground floor garage, which we plan, however, to convert into a study. This will also allow us to set back the front to reinstate the original timber roof set back, complete with exposed timber beams.
At the back, there are more surprises in store. Not only does this house have a nearly full height basement level, it also has an impressive raised rear terrace, a ground and first floor extension and a large sized natural roof space.
