This ground floor apartment in St Johns Wood has been completely refurbished and part of the refurbishment happened over the first and following lockdowns of Covid.
Our joiners at Oakvein replaced the timber casement windows as well as gave us amazing walnut fronted wardrobes and various other joinery. They also provided us with the new front door, the kitchen including worktops as well as vanity units in both bathrooms.
Scope
- VORBILD Stages 0, 1 , 2, 4, 6 plus coordinating the structural design and building control process
- Planning permission with St John’s Wood as well as a formal permit from the Eyre Estate as well as the local freeholder
- New timber framed windows, doors and roof lights, efficient wet underfloor heating and a brand new heating system have improved the EPC rating
- Total project duration 18 months, 7 months on site
