Located in the exclusive enclave of Jumeirah Beach, Dubai, this residence embodies a sophisticated blend of minimalist elegance and contemporary luxury, tailored to its warm, coastal context. The design is defined by expansive volumes, double-height ceilings, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, creating a bright, tranquil atmosphere throughout.

The interiors are composed of creamy stone finishes, bronze detailing, and tailored furniture in soft, curved forms. An open-plan layout flows effortlessly from the sculptural staircase and glowing fireplace into expansive living and dining zones, where marble floors reflect natural light pouring in from full-height windows. Custom lighting, recessed into ceilings and stair treads, adds a dramatic architectural rhythm while maintaining a clean, linear aesthetic.

A serene palette of muted neutrals and textural richness continues into the principal suite, where bespoke wall panels, floating bedside tables, and layered lighting create a calm, cocoon-like atmosphere.
