Grade II listed mid-terrace house in St John’s Wood renovated for premium rental.
Not everything could be replaced due to its listed building status, as works were minimised to not impact the existing structure or features.
However, we managed to completely transform bathrooms and kitchen as well as lighten up all levels where walls, ceilings, joinery and woodwork were repainted. Carpets were replaced on the stairs and in some of the bedrooms.
A small rear facing flat roof was upgraded to a green sedum roof.
Following a few months of the property being unoccupied, a long-term tenancy agreement was secured 2 – 3 weeks after the project completion.
