- VORBILD Stages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (RIBA Stages 0-7 plus interior design)
- Coordinating the structural design and building control process
- Full planning permission from Westminster council granted for new single storey rear extension with green roof and garage conversion to kitchen
- Assisting in the Party Wall Award process
- Transport for London (TfL) consultation
- Total project duration 10 months, 6 months on site
