Queens Park house refurbishment
Scope
This is the third project we have the opportunity on this street to refurbish.
The outrigger is more than 1m lower than the main part of the house, which allows us to try a different configuration inside. Currently, it houses two apartments but will be transformed into one family home.
Start on-site was planned for the end of summer 2022 and we finished in late summer 2023.
Works are almost complete in summer 2023 :
