0959 Complete refurbishment with rear and loft extension in Hammersmith

Scope

We started this redesign in 2019 and construction commenced soon thereafter. Our contractor encountered quite a few issues during the initial construction. Namely, he had to dig down way over 1.5m to find the drains to connect to them, and since there was no information available to us where they were, the site ended up pretty much completely dug out.

We took this opportunity to strip out the whole existing suspended timber floor and install a brand new insulated concrete subfloor and underfloor heating.

Construction finished in early 2020.
