Description
Renovation of a two level garden apartment in Belsize Park.
Scope
This Belsize Park terraced house apartment consists of two levels. The lower level is a partial basement level, and the ground floor level will be partially extended to the back with a glass filled extension all the way to the rear boundary.
The garden is not big by any means but the design we are after will make it appear larger than it is, and we planned in some interesting landscaping designs.
Construction is starting in summer 2019, completed late 2020.
