Garden apartment in Arnos Grove with a new rear extension.
The ground floor has been extended to the side and back, leaving a small side light well intact. This is very helpful to bring in light to the rear reception room of the main house, which in this case will become a bedroom. There are two bedrooms, with a possibility to divide up the space in the future to create a third one.
This has been on our clients minds from the very start. Not only will we be insulating the whole property with an insulated K-render system, but all unnecessary facade holes are going to be replaced with two separate heat recovery systems.
