A complete transformation of a semi-detached house in north west London.
We extended it on the ground floor, with a long roof light, and opened up a both reception rooms into this extension. A new kitchen, utility room and study have also been created on the ground floor, all with very warm cork flooring.
The first floor has three bedrooms with ensuites, and there is another bedroom with ensuite on the loft.
When the current owners purchased the property, it was divided into 3 flats with its outside space being use for some mechanical repairs. We turned the house back into a family home, removed small extensions and a lean-to WC, added a long extension with a long roof light and created a light and open space ground floor, which from front bay window to the back sliding folding doors is nearly 13m long.
