The two bedroom apartment with a kitchen facing the inner courtyard and two bathrooms. Creating an ensuite, relocating the kitchen closer to the entrance and restoring the property’s character throughout.
The entrance corridor upgraded with walnut joinery and leading directly into a sun filled living area and adjacent dining room. The rooms were already well proportioned and doors had fixed lights over.
New cornices with a delicate traditional motive. Increased door heights and installing nickel door knobs. Dark lacquered hardwood flooring in the living and dining room. Traditional Victorian floor standing radiators. All two fire places restored and made usable.
