02537 Apartment refurbishment in Menton, South of France
A quick development project with one of our best clients in the South of France.
A lovely yet slightly distressed apartment with views of the hill side up north. It has three rooms, each one with a small balcony. There were two wet rooms at the back, and a much too wide corridor connecting all the rooms. The bedroom had a good size, but in comparison to the rest of the apartment it felt like a missed opportunity.
We opened up the whole apartment – the kitchen and dining and living area and bedroom area are one room. The bathrooms have all been redone and are much more spacious.
