This one bed apartment minutes away from Camden Square was brought to live after a complete refurbishment.
The kitchen was opened up into the living room, and the bedroom and bathroom completely refurbished. A small utility room with washing machine and boiler was created near the landing. The bedroom window was replaced with a French door, opening onto a small balcony. New wooden flooring was laid with sound insulation between the joists. Internal insulation and new double glazed windows dramatically improved the thermal performance. The loft space was adapted for much needed storage.
