You can decide between uPVC, aluminium and timber frames, or a metal finish, which gives you the very stylish Crittall style. Choosing the material for the frame depends on your budget, but you may also be restricted by the type of your property and planning rules.

Any roof can benefit from allowing more light to come through it into concealed spaces – there are various roof lights, roof lanterns and Velux windows that can be considered for this purpose. The latter makes it particularly easy to add blinds in later.
