Scope

  • VORBILD Stages 1, 2, 3, 6 plus coordinating the structural design and building control process
  • Planning permission with Kingston upon Thames council granted for single storey rear extension with roof lights
  • Improved roof and wall insulation for this ground floor extension, wet underfloor heating and a brand new heating system have improved the thermal efficiency
  • Total project duration 12 months, 5 months on site
