This building has been a former pub and is now changed into apartments. Our clients live on the ground and lower ground floor.

Phase 1 has been finished in 2018/9.

We did another project in the area – check out our job in Whitechapel.

Scope

Loft conversion and internal renovation.

  • VORBILD Stages 0, 1, 2, 4, 6 (RIBA Stages 0-7) plus coordinating the structural design and building control process
  • Pre-Planning permission and subsequent planning permission with Tower Hamlet Council granted
  • Internal refurbishment of ground and lower ground floor
  • Total project duration 10 months, 3 months on site
  • Bespoke made kitchen
